Who we are

What we keep
When you send us a form, for example to book a clarity call, we keep:
- your name, company and email address;
- the practice you chose and your message, if you added one;
- when you sent it, and which page, campaign or printed item brought you to us.
When you scan one of our QR codes or follow one of our short links, we count the visit: the code, the time, and whether the device was a phone, a computer or an automated visitor. We do not store your IP address or your browser details, and we use no cookies for any of this.
Why we use it
- To answer your question or plan the call you asked for. We do this with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, and because you asked us to take this step.
- To see which campaigns and printed items work. The visit counts do not identify you; we keep them because we have a legitimate interest in measuring our own marketing.
Who sees it
Our team at Excellence Squad, and the service providers that host this website, store the data and deliver our email, under a data processing agreement: Lovable and Supabase (website and database), Cloudflare (website delivery) and Microsoft (email). We never sell your details.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions: 24 months, then deleted automatically.
- Visit counts: 36 months, then deleted automatically.
If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we do so.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to limit or object to how we use them, or to receive them in a portable format. Send your request to info@xsqgroup.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
